Ron Brink brings over 40 years of expertise in construction, holding multiple licenses in construction, renovation, and environmental fields. With a track record of managing commercial projects—ranging from new builds to specialized medical facilities—and overseeing the buying, selling, and renovation of over 300 residential homes, Ron is a trusted leader in the industry.

Known for his innovative approach and dedication to clients and the community, Ron consistently stays ahead of industry trends.

Joseph Episcopo

General Manager

Joe Episcopo brings over 40 years of construction experience, with a foundation in fine carpentry and diverse trade skills from a comprehensive apprenticeship. After leading a successful remodeling company for more than 30 years, Joe now plays a pivotal role at The Brinks Group, managing day-to-day operations, guiding project managers, and supporting production teams while also contributing to sales.

With a dedication to client satisfaction, Joe ensures that The Brinks Group delivers quality craftsmanship and builds lasting relationships with every project.

Alex Osborne

Sr. Project Manager

Alex Osbourne has over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial building and remodeling. He specializes in residential remodeling project management, drawing on his extensive experience as a carpenter. As a seasoned professional and dedicated tradesman, Alex mentors his crews through a quality-first mindset that ensures a seamless experience for his clients.

Alex’s blend of expertise and passion for construction allows him to streamline project processes and deliver exceptional results.

Dean Episcopo

Sales & Project Management - Productions

Dean Episcopo brings a lifetime of expertise in the remodeling and building industry, having started his career in his father’s business and completing a comprehensive apprenticeship across various trades, with a special focus on masonry. His deep knowledge allows him to assess every project—large or small—through a keen lens of constructability and cost efficiency.

With his broad experience, Dean offers clients well-rounded insights and tailored proposals, considering every facet of building, remodeling, and repair to ensure optimal solutions for each project.

Dimitrious Goumalatsos

Productions

Dimitrious Goumalatsos is a highly skilled carpenter and interior finisher with over 35 years of experience, making him our go-to expert for client satisfaction. Having started his apprenticeship at a young age in his family’s business, he developed a strong foundation in carpentry and finishing under his father’s guidance. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to doing things right make him an invaluable part of our team.

Demetrius’s flexibility allows him to adapt to changing project needs, benefiting the team, the schedule, and the final product. 

Jake Federico

Productions Support & Sales

Jake Federico brings a blend of hands-on trade experience and formal business training to The Brinks Group. Raised in a blue-collar family, he learned residential remodeling and building standards from his father and uncles, developing a deep pride in his craft. Eager to expand his knowledge, he earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ithaca College, all while gaining experience in construction and excelling in sales.

Now holding a dual role in Production and Sales, Jake’s unique mix of skills and leadership make him a valuable, multi-talented asset to the team.

Andre Lewis

Lead Field Mason

Andre Lewis, aka “Cuz”, began his career in masonry at age 15 in Jamaica, learning the trade from his father and uncles. With over 23 years of experience, he’s mastered all facets of masonry, including concrete, stone, block, brick, tile, pavers, and stucco/plastering. Known for having “a good eye,” Cuz brings a keen attention to detail and a holistic view to every project, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.

In addition to his masonry skills, Cuz has a strong background in carpentry, making him a versatile dual tradesman who can collaborate seamlessly across projects.

Nick Neto

Office Manager & Jr. Project Manager

Nick Neto has been with The Brinks Group for over five years, starting in the Environmental Division, where he inspected residential and commercial properties for environmental concerns. He then expanded his skillset in the Plumbing and Heating Division, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to sales. Now, as a Project Manager in the Construction Division, Nick is also involved in project evaluation during the initial sales process.

Nick is dedicated to continual growth and learning. His focus on excellence makes him a valuable asset to his clients and their projects.

Aaron Hannon

Digital Marketing Manager

Aaron Hannon brings over eight years of experience to his role at Brink’s. He holds multiple marketing industry certifications, as well as a Bachelor’s in Business Management. He has a wide skillset that includes website design & development, social media strategy, CRM tools, SEO, and competitive research. He combines these digital tools with traditional marketing techniques to help build the Brink’s Group brands.

Aaron has a passion for learning and is always seeking new information to help him stay ahead of trends in the constantly evolving digital marketing landscape.
