Brinks Contracting recently completed a 700 sq. ft. addition on our home, which included a new office, master bedroom, two full bathrooms, a second HVAC zone, and full residing of the entire house. From start to finish, they were incredibly attentive—always available to answer our many questions as first-time renovation clients. Their guidance through the permit process made everything feel smooth and manageable.

The project moved efficiently, taking only four months from breaking ground to completion. Alex, our project manager, was excellent to work with and kept communication clear and consistent throughout. We were expecting our third baby and needed to move quickly while still living in the house, and Brinks was extremely accommodating of our timeline and situation. I would like to thank you for the fabulous job you did with the renovations of my 2 family home. The needed work was extensive. To hit the highlights, work completed included mold remediation, basement waterproofing and finishing, 2 complete kitchen renovations, window replacements, replacement of nearly all light fixtures, installation of new bathroom vanity, driveway repaving, whole home exterior painting, and fence replacements. Our home went from a mild eyesore to probably one of the nicest homes on the block. Dean and Joe were very approachable and answered all of my questions whether by phone or email. I would 100% recommend Brinks to any of my friends and family to have work done in their homes.
